हाम्रो परम्परा नेपालका भाषा, संस्कृति, इतिहास, कला, खानपान, पहिरन र सामुदायिक ज्ञानलाई सम्मानपूर्वक अभिलेख गर्ने डिजिटल अभियान हो। हाम्रो उद्देश्य परम्परालाई केवल विगतको वस्तुका रूपमा होइन, आज पनि बदलिँदै र पुस्तालाई जोड्दै आएको जीवित अभ्यासका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्नु हो।

हामी के गर्छौँ?

हामी समुदायका कथावाचक, लेखक, अनुसन्धानकर्ता, कलाकार र युवासँग सहकार्य गरेर सरल नेपाली र English मा सामग्री प्रस्तुत गर्छौँ। लेख तयार गर्दा स्रोत, स्थानीय शब्द, समुदायको सहमति र सांस्कृतिक सन्दर्भलाई महत्व दिन्छौँ।

तपाईं कसरी सहभागी हुन सक्नुहुन्छ?

आफ्नो ठाउँको चाडपर्व, भाषा, सम्पदा, सीप, परिकार वा मौखिक इतिहासबारे कथा पठाउन सक्नुहुन्छ। फोटो वा रेकर्डसँग सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिको अनुमति भएको हुनुपर्छ। प्राप्त सामग्री सम्पादकीय समीक्षा र आवश्यक तथ्य जाँचपछि प्रकाशित हुन सक्छ।

यो संग्रह सबै समुदायको योगदानबाट बढ्दै जाने साझा यात्रा हो।

A shared home for Nepal's living memory

Hamro Parampara is a digital initiative that respectfully documents Nepal's languages, cultures, histories, arts, food, clothing and community knowledge. We present tradition not only as something from the past, but as a living practice that continues to change and connect generations.

What do we do?

We work with community storytellers, writers, researchers, artists and young people to present accessible content in Nepali and English. Sources, local terminology, community consent and cultural context are central to our editorial process.

How can you take part?

You can send a story about a festival, language, heritage place, skill, food tradition or oral history from your community. Photos and recordings must have appropriate permission. Submissions may be published after editorial review and necessary fact-checking.
